Here we worked in partnership with a small specialist business and management consultancy to help sharpen up their tendering.

The consultancy had been tendering for years, with a good level of success, but felt that their overall ‘win’ rate was dropping and that their tender formats had become rather tired.

Taking on board all the tender feedback they had had, and ‘reading between the lines’ of that feedback, we worked with them to revise and modernise their tender format. We also worked with the people putting together tenders to help them streamline and semi-automate the tender process.

We’re delighted to say that shortly after we’d worked with them, and using their new tender format, our client won a 3-year, high value contract with a prestigious academic establishment – our client is working with the establishment to develop a commercial spin out of from academic research.
