Long term tendering support for a large professional services firm to give them all the materials, collateral and tender plans they needed to tender for business.

Not only did this firm tender for business from the public sector and the Government, it was also asked to tender for work by multi-national and private companies such as banks, high street retailers and the like.

Their sector is highly competitive and the firm was up against others who employed full time staff to prepare tenders.

From a low base, we worked to take the firm to a point where tendering is a natural extension of business development. Recent notable successes include joining the panel of a UK high street bank, being appointed to help a charity develop a multi-million pound project and winning a 3-year contract to supply services to a regulator – in the process knocking out a long standing incumbent.
